EOBA, 2009 AWARDS Announced

The Eastern Baseball Association presents yearly awards to League members nominated by various centres within its boundaries; here are Pickering’s nominees:

The threat of rain did not dampen the spirits of the 39 ten and eleven year
 olds tykes, who played baseball at the Brockridge Community Park last
 Saturday, July 25, 2009. It was the first "Carl Rayaz Jadunandan Memorial
 Tournament" held to give house league players a chance to experience the
 thrill of playing in a mid-summer tournament. 

The Pickering Baseball Association is allowed to use the city parks to play ball.  Please help us to keep the parks clean and in good repair.  Vehicles should not be driven onto the grass at any of the parks. Parking is allowed in designated areas only.  Your help is appreciated 

BROCKRIDGE PARK:  Parking is allowed only in the parking lots. Cars parking on the roadway are illegally parked access is not clear for emergency vehicles.. there is no parking on either side of the road. Tickets have been/maybe issued by the City of Pickering. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage you to make full use of the north parking adjacent to the snack bar.
